KYORIN Rimedio Corporation recognizes that the protection of personal information is an important part of its mission in the research, development, manufacture, sale, and all other business operations of pharmaceuticals, and has established this policy to ensure that all executives and employees are aware of it and that it is faithfully implemented.

  1. Collection, use and provision of personal information

    We collect and use personal information to the extent necessary for research and development, manufacturing, sales, and other business operations of pharmaceutical products. We will not provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the individual, except as permitted by law.

Understanding the External Environment We will not provide or store personal data to any foreign countries or regions other than those designated by the Personal Information Protection Commission under Article 24 of the Act as "foreign countries, etc. that have systems for the protection of personal information that are recognized as being at the same level as those in Japan in protecting the rights and interests of individuals," and the results of the "Survey on the Actual Conditions of Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data in Business Activities" conducted by the Commission.
